Wilbo’s Blends – Blended Diet Online Training Programme 

1. About Us 

This Course is provided by Wilbo’s Blends Limited (“Wilbo’s”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales. 

These Terms apply to the purchase and use of the Blended Diet Online Course (“Course”). 

By purchasing or accessing the Course, you agree to these Terms.

The Course is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. 

It does not constitute: 

  • Medical advice 

  • Clinical assessment 

  • Personalised nutritional planning 

  • Diagnosis or treatment 

  • Emergency guidance 

All decisions relating to tube feeding, blended diet, hydration, nutritional adequacy, or equipment use must be made in consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

3. No Clinical Relationship 

Accessing the Course does not create: 

  • A clinician–patient relationship 

  • A dietitian–patient relationship 

  • A nurse–patient relationship 

Wilbo’s Blends does not provide individual clinical advice through this Course.

4. Individual Responsibility 

You acknowledge that: 

  • Every person using enteral feeding has unique medical needs. 

  • Feeding tolerance, tube type, medical conditions and risks vary. 

  • Implementation decisions are your responsibility. 

You agree to seek appropriate professional guidance before making changes to feeding practices.

5. Reasonable Skill and Care 

Wilbo’s Blends provides the Course using reasonable skill and care consistent with good industry practice for educational training in blended diet awareness. 

The Course is not tailored to individual circumstances.

6. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law: 

Wilbo’s Blends shall not be liable for: 

  • Clinical decisions made based on the Course 

  • Feeding complications arising from implementation 

  • Tube blockages, infection, intolerance, hospitalisation or nutritional imbalance 

  • Indirect or consequential loss 

  • Loss of income, opportunity or goodwill 

Wilbo’s total liability arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the Course. 

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for: 

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence 

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation 

  • Any liability which cannot be excluded under the laws of England and Wales

7. Intellectual Property 

All Course content including videos, scripts, graphics, materials and structure are the intellectual property of Wilbo’s Blends Limited. 

Purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence. 

You may not: 

  • Share access 

  • Record or reproduce content 

  • Upload to other platforms 

  • Use for commercial training 

  • Create derivative works 

without written consent.

Digital content purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted, except as required by UK consumer law.
